The Astak Mentor is a 6" reader, with 512Mb of internal memory and an SD Card reader. It weights 175 grams and supports TXT, ePUB, PDF and more text formats.
The Mentor has a 400Mhz CPU and runs Linux 2.6. It also includes a SuDoKu game... It's available now for 280$.
