PVI to expand E Ink panel capacity in 2010 by 3 to 4 times

PVI plans to increase E Ink panel capacity by 3 to 4 times in 2010 - by using their own plants, around 50% of Hydis' plants (Hydis is a PVI subsidiary) and will also get support from CMO.
